What Does All That Mean?

We welcome you to bring questions. Here are a few modalities that you may be curious about:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to help build practical tools for managing emotions, reducing distress, and creating lasting change.

  • Inner Child Work
Connect with and heal younger parts of yourself that carry unresolved emotions or unmet needs. It supports self-understanding, compassion, and lasting emotional growth.

  • Mindfulness Practices
Rehearse how to stay grounded and engaged in the moment, especially during stressful moments or with emotional triggers. It helps build resilience and a stronger sense of internal stability.

  • Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)
Center on your strengths and what's going well in your life. It helps you identify goals and build practical steps toward change by focusing on solutions, not problems.

  • Exploration of Emotions & Coping Techniques
Understand your emotional experiences and develop healthy, effective ways to cope. It fosters greater emotional awareness, resilience, and self-trust.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Gentle, guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess painful experiences so they no longer feel as triggering or intense.
Many clients find that EMDR allows them to move through stuck emotional patterns and feel relief more quickly than traditional talk therapy alone. It's often used for trauma, anxiety, and deeply rooted emotional wounds.
