Meet Wendy Keen
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
MaMHCA Certified Clinical Supervisor
Hello!
I work with people looking to understand who they are now and how they would like to grow from the experiences they’ve had.
My therapeutic perspective is shaped by my training in holistic, compassion-focused and trauma-informed interventions. In our therapeutic partnership, we work together to set and pursue the goals that you hope to achieve. This could include exploring your neurodivergent identity, managing the stressors that you face balancing work, personal and family needs, or reconciling with a recent medical diagnosis.
It is important to me that you are understood the way you wish to be heard and seen. In our sessions together, I will help you create a safe space to develop answers for the questions that you wish to investigate. This may take time - but please know that I will be with you every step of the way to support you as you create new patterns of behavior that suit you and the life you are building for yourself now.
