As an International Coaching Federation Certified Professional Coach (PCC) and

ADHD-trained coach, I partner with clients to define and create a roadmap to meet their goals, overcome obstacles, and create life-changing and sustainable change - in ways that work for who they are, not who they think they “should” be.

 

Through thoughtful questioning, deep listening, and practical support, we work to uncover patterns, motivations, and what may be holding a person back so they can move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

Tools and strategies are tailored to each individual’s needs, strengths, and working style including clients with ADHD and other

neurodivergences, such as AuDHD.

 

My coaching approach is driven by my authenticity and grounding in realistic positivity. I meet clients where they are — with curiosity, empathy and sometimes humor.
