Clinical Supervision

Clinical Work Doesn't Happen in Isolation

Deb Hurowitz, LICSW, and Wendy Keen, LMHC & MCCS, offer clinical supervision for student therapists, clinicians pursuing licensure, and professionals in the field seeking additional support. While their training and licensure differ, Deb and Wendy have extensive experience providing clinical guidance to mental health specialists at different stages of their careers.

At Still Me Therapy, supervision is person-centered, trauma-informed, and incorporates exploration of intersectional principles as they apply to clinical work. We provide supervision with compassion and clarity so that clinicians have space to grow, develop confidence, and build the skills they seek to thrive in their practice. Working within the same practice also allows Deb and Wendy to consult with one another and bring additional perspective to the work as needed.

Meet Your Supervisors

Deb Hurowitz, LICSW

Social Work

Deb approaches supervision with curiosity, directness, and a focus on helping clinicians develop confidence in their own clinical judgment. She believes supervision is a place to look at cases from every angle—not only what felt difficult or uncertain, but what worked, what felt exciting, and what the clinician wants to understand more deeply. There is something to learn from all of it.

She also pays particular attention to the experience of being a clinician: clinical burnout, imposter syndrome, professional identity, and the emotional weight of work that matters to you. Clinicians need space to recognize their own growth and competence, especially on the days when those things are harder to see.

Her style is supportive, attentive, and direct. She listens, but will also stop to notice something worth holding onto, ask the question that needs asking, or point out when a clinician may be getting in their own way. The goal isn't to teach clinicians to practice exactly as she does. It's to help them think critically, trust their developing judgment, and become more confident in their own clinical work.

Wendy Keen, LMHC & MCCS

Mental Health Counseling

Wendy's role as a clinical supervisor is informed by her experience helping clinicians navigate the stages of professional development. She has designed and managed clinical training programs from the ground up, fostering relationships with graduate programs and their students, leading weekly individual and group supervision meetings, and communicating with graduate and doctoral advisors about the progress of student clinicians.

Wendy has advised newly graduated therapists on their path to licensure and provided training and resources to clinicians across the career stages.

Her approach to supervision is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in a clear understanding of the ethical responsibility clinicians hold toward the people they serve.

Wendy encourages supervisees to examine their clinical work through an intersectional lens, match therapeutic goals and interventions with a client's strengths and needs, and explore questions of professional identity that arise with curiosity and compassion.

Fees & Scheduling

Clinical supervision is $165 per 60-minute session. The first three sessions provide an opportunity to work together and determine whether the relationship feels like the right fit on both sides.

After the first three sessions, clinicians may continue at the standard session rate or choose a longer-term agreement at a reduced rate. Six-, nine-, and twelve-month options are available.

Sessions are available to be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or at another frequency appropriate to the clinician’s needs and requirements.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed at the full session fee.

Free 15 Minute Consultation

If you're interested in working with Deb or Wendy, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit.

For supervision toward licensure, social workers should schedule with Deb; mental health counselors should schedule with Wendy.
