How Can We Help?

We all face moments in life that ask us to pause, reflect, and change. Whether you’re navigating a new chapter, carrying long-held emotional pain, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the pace of everyday life, support is available. Below are some of the areas where we specialize in helping clients find relief, connection, and direction.

Life Transitions

Empty Nest | Sandwich Generation | Relationship Changes
Midlife often brings unexpected shifts—children leaving home, aging parents needing care, or evolving roles in relationships. Together, we’ll explore how these transitions are impacting you, and help you reconnect with your sense of purpose, identity, and stability.

ADHD and Autism

When you are living in a world that can often be too bright, too loud, or just too much--it can be difficult to practice and sustain the tasks of daily living. This can range from keeping track of academic or professional assignments to picking up on the unspoken social rules of the different worlds we each navigate. Exploring what it means to be neurodivergent in individual counseling sessions, or receiving tailored support from our coaching partner, Still Me Therapy can help you explore who you are, and who you want to become.

Anxiety

If anxiety is making it hard to focus, rest, or feel present, therapy can help. We’ll identify triggers, develop tools to manage symptoms, and explore underlying causes—so you can feel more grounded and in control.

Depression

Feeling stuck, heavy, or disconnected? Depression can make it difficult to engage with life in the ways you once did. We’ll work together to understand your experience, build self-compassion, and gently move toward healing and renewed energy.

Eating Disorders & Body Image

Disordered Eating | Body Dysmorphia
Struggles with food, body image, and self-worth are deeply personal and often rooted in larger emotional experiences. We offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support to help you rebuild a healthier, more peaceful relationship with your body and self.

Executive Function Challenges

Difficulties with focus, follow-through, or organization can be exhausting and frustrating—especially in high-demand personal or professional roles. We’ll explore practical strategies and deeper emotional patterns that may be contributing to overwhelm or shame.

Chronic Pain & Emotional Health

Living with persistent pain and illness can impact your mood, relationships, and sense of control. We work holistically to help you manage both the emotional and psychological toll of chronic conditions, so you feel more empowered in your body and your life.

Parenting & Perinatal Support

Pre- and Post-Natal | Parenting Teens | Complex Family Dynamics
Parenting at any stage can bring joy, confusion, grief, or guilt—sometimes all at once. Whether you're preparing for a new baby, navigating adolescent challenges, or redefining your parenting role in adulthood, we offer a space to process your experience and build confidence.

Self-Esteem & Identity

You may be asking: Who am I now? What do I want? Am I enough? Therapy can support you in rebuilding your sense of self-worth, clarifying your values, and reconnecting with your voice.

Stress & Burnout

The demands of caregiving, work, and emotional labor often leave little time for your own needs. Together, we’ll find ways to create space, regulate your nervous system, and redefine what balance looks like for you.

Trauma

Whether you’re holding pain from early experiences or recent events, trauma affects how we relate to ourselves and others. In a safe, respectful space, we’ll work gently to process the past, reconnect with your body, and build tools for feeling more present and secure.

We also offer Clinical Supervision

We offer clinical supervision grounded in a collective 30 years of practice as therapists and over 10 years of experience as clinical supervisors. We approach supervision to be collaborative, supportive, and responsive to your individual needs and goals. Supervisees are encouraged to bring questions, challenges, and areas of curiosity into our conversations so we can tailor our work to best support your growth, clinical development, and confidence. Together, we’ll create a space that fosters reflection, skill-building, and sustainable, client-centered care.
