Individual and Couples sessions typically last 50 minutes.

We also offer 90-minute sessions for those interested in doing deeper work.

EMDR sessions typically last 60 minutes, and we will work together to plan the frequency that is best for you.
You may also choose to take advantage of 90 minute sessions for an additional fee.

Clinical supervision is available for MSW, LCSW, and LMHC seeking licensure, and post-licensure looking for feedback and support on clinical work. After a six week trial period,  we may offer a discounted package of up to 5% on further sessions.
