Life brings transitions that reshape how we live, work, and care for others.
Still Me Therapy is a psychotherapy practice serving adolescents and adults across Massachusetts
using secure telehealth.
Still Me Therapy also powers LifeStormer
an ADHD and Executive Function Coach providing services across the country.
It offers a place to understand those changes and remain connected to yourself along the way.

"Why now? What are you hoping to gain?" is the first question I always ask people when they walk into my office. The answer isn’t always clear, but there is usually one thing in common: "I just don’t feel like 'me'."

Still Me Therapy began as the work of one therapist and has expanded to include a small group of practitioners with complementary areas of focus. Together we offer therapy for adults navigating life transitions, along with neurodiversity-affirming therapy and EMDR. We also partner with an ADHD and Executive Function Coach who works with clients seeking practical support around planning, organization, and daily systems.

People come to Still Me Therapy for many different reasons.

Some are moving through a transition and want space to think carefully about what is changing in their lives. Others are noticing patterns that have been present for years and are beginning to wonder where they come from or how they might shift. Many people arrive at a point where the pace of life, ongoing responsibilities, or health concerns have made it harder to stay connected to themselves. They may want time to reflect, to sort through what they have been carrying, and to consider what they need now.

For some, questions about attention, focus, learning differences, or neurodiversity are becoming clearer over time. Others are looking for practical support with planning, organization, or follow-through as the demands of school, work, and daily life grow.

Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a place where we can slow things down and think about these experiences together.

Still Me Therapy offers several different kinds of support, depending on what you are looking for. We work with clients age 14 and up.

Our clinicians provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults navigating concerns including life transitions, relationships, grief, chronic health concerns, and relationships with food and body.

We also offer neurodiversity-affirming care for people who are exploring questions about attention, focus, learning differences, or identity.

For clients who would benefit from practical strategies and structure in daily life, we collaborate with an ADHD and executive function coach who works with adolescents and adults on planning, organization, and follow-through. Coaching focuses on building systems and skills for everyday life and is separate from psychotherapy.

For some clients, EMDR therapy may also be part of the work. More information about EMDR can be found on our Services page.

We also have relationships with other professionals who you may want to include in your work, and are happy to refer you as appropriate.

How We Can Help

1

Therapy
Individual & Couples

In our work together, we’ll create a space that’s grounded, compassionate, and supportive—where you can explore your emotions, relationships, past experiences, and sense of identity. We'll uncover what’s no longer serving you and gently move toward what does.

At Still Me Therapy we draw from a mix of therapeutic approaches—including CBT, inner child work, and relational therapy—tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and pace. Together, we’ll build insight, resilience, and tools that support healing and meaningful change—in ways that feel true to you.

EMDR
Deb Hurowitz, LICSW

Some experiences can leave a lasting impact—especially when there hasn’t been the safety, support, or space to process what happened.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-informed therapy that helps you process painful memories, reduce emotional triggers, and shift long-standing patterns that no longer serve you.

Whether you're carrying the weight of past trauma, ongoing anxiety, or reactions you don’t fully understand, EMDR can support your nervous system in releasing what’s stuck—without needing to relive every detail.

EMDR is gentle, structured, and deeply effective. Many clients find it brings lasting relief from experiences they’ve carried for years.

3

Clinical Supervision

Deb and Wendy offer clinical supervision for MSW graduates and LCSW seeking thoughtful, supportive guidance as they grow in their clinical work. We will work with you to meet the clinical hours and supervision requirements needed for licensure, while also focusing on your development as a confident, grounded clinician. Our approach is reflective, strengths-based, and rooted in real-world practice—emphasizing case dynamics, ethical decision-making, and professional identity.

After we’ve worked together for six weeks, we offer a discounted supervision package for those continuing on a regular basis.
